Ashleigh Nickerson represents companies in complex intellectual property and commercial disputes. She has been involved in a number of patent infringement cases, including the preparation of invalidity contentions, and has experience with discovery, rules of procedure, and general litigation practice in federal court. She has also been involved in copyright infringement cases.
